The main mission of the helpdesk technician is to manage the company's computer equipment, to ensure the maintenance of computer equipment (hardware and software) and to provide assistance to users in the event of a problem: management of requests, guidance, etc.

He/She may be required to integrate and manage a network, install new equipment and/or secure networks.

He/She is responsible for the following missions (non-exhaustive list):
**Responsibilities**:

- Management, installation and maintenance of computer equipment (workstations, devices)
- Hardware supply management
- Domain controller management
- Management of physical access control (video surveillance, badges);
- Software management, installation and maintenance
- Technical support (hardware and software) of company employees
- Introducing IT resources to new users
- User awareness of computer security and best practices
- Drafting of procedures related to its scope of activity (IT resources, access, etc.)
- Ensure reporting related to IT equipment
- Ensure coordination with external service providers

**Requirements**:

- From an equivalent training of a Bachelor’s degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international working environment
- You are dynamic and have an excellent relationship
- You appreciate teamwork but are able to work in total autonomy
- You are comfortable in oral and written communication and have a spirit of synthesis.
- You have good analytical and listening skills, you also know how to demonstrate pedagogy and patience.
- You are methodical and rigorous.
- You have a very good proficiency in English and are able to interact with English-speaking interlocutors in writing and orally.
