**Role Summary**

The Cartier Women’s Initiative (CWI) program is composed of four pillars which define our strategy and guide our actions:

- The Awards recognize 33 talented impact entrepreneurs per year who are leveraging business as a force for good.
- The Fellowship aims to equip our fellows with the necessary skills to grow their business and to build their leadership capacity.
- The Community aims to support our fellows by connecting them with a network of former fellows, jury members, ecosystem partners, ambassadors, advisors, and investors that can provide them with access to relationships, knowledge, and capital.
- Our Thought Leadership strategy consists in tapping into our community's vast pool of talent, expertise, and experience by curating and bringing to light some of the boldest and most thought-provoking ideas.

Working closely with CWI’s Global Program Director, the interim Head of Community and Content will lead the Community, Communications and Content development efforts for the initiative.

**What you will do**:
**Community and ecosystem engagement: 30%**
- Drive CWI’s community and ecosystem engagement efforts with the support of the Community Engagement Manager to ensure that CWI stays connected in meaningful and long-lasting ways with its community members and remains a leading player in the women’s impact entrepreneurship space.
- Oversee the curation and development of community channels and platforms.
- Oversee the strategy, planning and execution of year-long community and ecosystem events and other engagement mechanisms.
- Deepen CWI’s collaboration with existing internal and external stakeholders and expand its network by cultivating and maintaining valuable, trust-based, and long-term relationships.

**External communications: 30%**
- Spearhead CWI’s external communications efforts and asset production across all platforms and channels (social media, website, newsletter, etc.) with the support of the Communications Manager, external consultants and agencies.
- Design overall external communications strategy and ensure that it is optimized to reflect our overall content strategy.
- Define metrics to measure the execution of the strategy.
- Ensure optimal relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including other departments within Cartier HQ and markets, external partners, service providers, etc.

**Content development: 10%**
- Oversee the deployment of CWI’s year-long content strategy across different platforms and channels.
- Lead the content design and execution of CWI-owned events (both online and in-person) to advance CWI’s thought leadership agenda.
- With the support of the programming and editorial team, oversee the editorial design and execution of CWI’s 2024 Awards Week and Awards Ceremony.

**Management of project execution: 30%**
- Manage teams of internal and external project managers and consultants working on project execution and ensure operational excellence.
- Work closely with other departments within Cartier to advance the Maison’s commitments.
- International travel is required to the 2024 Awards Week and Awards Ceremony.

**Desired traits for the role**:

- You are an experienced professional with at least 7 years of experience in building meaningful, long-lasting, and trust-based engagement across platforms.
- You are passionate about connecting people and ideas and have a strong interest in the global discourse around women’s empowerment, social and environmental impact, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
- You are highly knowledgeable about project management, including project design, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower your team members.
- You have the aptitude to work with autonomy and minimum supervision.
- You are an effective communicator with proven ability to not only collaborate with internal and external stakeholders but also anticipate their needs and requests.
