**About this opportunity**

We are now looking for a Supply Apprenticeship to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position by maximizing hardware deliveries in the effective way to guarantee customer satisfaction (internal & external).

Supply in France consist in a group of 20 experimented professional that could support you in achieve your goal.

You will be accountable for anticipating customer demands and work proactively to identify the turnaround in case of difficult scenario:

- Manage end to end process from Purchase Order creation to Shipment delivery
- Follow up the shipments to guarantee the request delivery date (RDD)
- Analyses order level (purchase order in place) weekly
- Control inventories to minimize finish goods (stock)

**You’ll get the opportunity to**

You will work with ASR (Account Supply Responsible) as ODM (Order Delivery Management), you will:

- Set up Supply chain set up and define Process for contract execution
- Coordinate ordering activities with local and central stakeholder
- Work on High level escalation
- Carry on reporting activities
- Monitor inventory level and propose clearing actions
- Prepare and drive Sales & Operation Forecast meeting with Key Account, Pre-sales and Project Stakeholders

**Key skills**
- Business school, University or equivalent level of education
- The ability to communicate effectively in English is a must-have for this position, as it enables successful collaboration with diverse teams and international partners in the professional context
- Domain of experience: Supply or ready to learn fast
- Supply and logistics acumen or ready to learn fast
- Communication and reporting skills
- Excel agility and power point
