Airfreight Executive

At Isprox Consulting we are helping one of our international Clients in their search for an Airfreight Executive Junior (Export-Import) to join our client branch in their Frankfurt office. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with an entry level in the area of Air freight import (M/F/d)who would like to increase the professional knowledge in this sector.

Our client is a multinational solution provider within the supply chain sector, headquartered in Middle East and expanding their operation in more than 30 countries across Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. The group has a proven track improving the integration of technology into their operation and offering their customers several options to track shipments.

As Airfreight Executive you will be in charge To ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures for each shipment. To ensure all operations steps are done timely & properly as customer's request as issuing draft hawbs (House Air Waybill, amending hawbs, providing booking confirmation, etc.

**Your most important tasks**:

- Independent coordination and processing of air freight import orders from retrieval to delivery
- Order acceptance and operational coordination in direct customer contact
- Shipment retrieval via our foreign organization and partners

- Receipt processing after arrival of the shipment in Europe including the electronic import customs declaration
- Follow-up planning
- Invoice

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in air freight import
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services, a bachelor’s degree in logistics or comparable experience/education.
- Customer orientation and service thinking.
- Good comprehension, high willingness to communicate and ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility and resilience.
- Good command of spoken and written German and English.
- MS Office knowledge
