**Position**:
**Manager des Ventes High Energy (F/H)**
Leader Français de la distribution de Vins et Spiritueux haut de gamme, joint venture du Groupe LVMH, n°1 mondial du luxe, et Diageo, n°1 mondial des spiritueux, Moët Hennessy Diageo est une société à vocation commerciale et marketing.
A ce titre:
Vous prendrez en charge le suivi du budget et de l’atteinte des objectifs sur votre périmètre, en réalisant des bilans réguliers et vous assurez la tenue des reportings qui seront à l’attention de la Direction Nationale des Ventes.
Vous animez les négociations des groupements High Energy
En véritable leader, vous serez le garant du développement opérationnel de votre équipe en réalisant des accompagnements terrain, en supportant les commerciaux dans la réalisation des négociations et vous accompagnez votre équipe par des formations spécifiques.
**Profile**:
PROFIL:
De formation Bac+2 minimum dans le domaine commercial, vous avez pu acquérir de l’expérience en tant que commercial pour le Circuit de Prescription.
Leader dans l’âme, idéalement vous avez eu l’opportunité d’encadrer une équipe et avez la capacité à fédérer ainsi que de faire adhérer vos collaborateurs aux idées et projets mis en place.
Vous êtes en mesure de vous montrer force de proposition et vous saurez porter des projets nouveaux, ainsi que défendre vos idées avec des argumentaires concrets.
Orienté(e) résultat et challenge, vous avez à cœur de saisir toute opportunité qui permettrait de contribuer au développement de l’activité et d'atteindre les objectifs fixés sur votre région.
Excellente communication orale indispensable pour pouvoir échanger avec des interlocuteurs variés.
La maitrise de l’anglais est requise pour répondre aux besoins de cette offre.
