Within our Marketing Department, you will be joining the Growth Services team. The team is responsible for identifying, launching and growing new offers for our beloved clients in all our markets (EU/US/UK & Japan). We aim at removing any fear customers may have regarding the purchase of renewed tech devices.

Your mission will be to enrich those offers and ensure their operational excellence, to delight our customers

**Your Mission (If You Accept It)**:

- ** Analyze**:

- Monitor the performance of current existing offers vs target (revenue, seller performance, customer satisfaction, supply inventory, etc.) and suggest improvement actions plan.- ** Improve**:

- Identify improvement areas within the current processes and follow-up with internal teams on their enforcement ;- > Contribute to roll-out improved versions of our customer offers to make sure they meet a huge success with our customers and meet their expectations & requirements ;- > Follow-up with local marketing and product teams to make sure the offers are well communicated about.- ** Create**:

- Work closely with User Research and Marketing teams on identifying customers’ pain points ;- > Ensure the offers we launch are well visible on our different platforms (website, app), working closely with Merchandising and Brand teams.**You’re At The Right Place If**:

- You are looking for a 12-month apprenticeship in Paris from September 2023 ;
- You have strong analytical skills (Pack Office, SQL language would be a plus) ;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication, with an high capacity to work with transversal teams ;
- English is no-brainer for you (full professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak any other language (especially French), bonus points for you ;
- You have a real attraction for project management (team spirit, communication skills, data-driven and eager to get your hands “dirty”) ;
- You have strong organizational skills and are proactive ;
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, you always look to exceed expectations.

**About the Apprenticeship**:

- Starting date is from September, 2023;
- Duration : 12 months;
- Location : Paris, France;
- You must be enrolled in a work-study program (formation en alternance) with a French school.
