**Airbus recherche un Ingénieur des Systèmes Industriels (Industrial System Engineer : ISE).**

**Contexte & Environnement**:
Dans ce cadre, vous intégrerez le département Conception et Modélisation des Systèmes Industriels. Au sein de ce département, nous définissons, développons et améliorons des solutions industrielles pour relever les défis des programmes avions (livrer dans les délais et la qualité, réduire les délais de développement produit et système industriel, le coût de développement des produits et des processus et tous les coûts récurrents).

Nous fournissons de nouveaux processus, méthodes et outils (y compris la conception, la modélisation et la simulation) pour améliorer et prédire nos performances industrielles.

Nous travaillons en lien étroit avec les ISE locaux dans les usines composants intermédiaires et les usines d'assemblage final, en collaborant sur des projets industriels et en les accompagnant aux nouveaux processus, méthodes et outils, afin de développer la communauté ISE d'Airbus.

Vous serez un agent du changement au sein d'une équipe internationale d'ISE pour transformer les façons de travailler de la Communauté Industrielle.

Ce poste vous permettra d'être un élément clé de la stratégie industrielle d'Airbus pour influencer la conception de l'usine du futur.

Vous serez directement impliqué dans la montée en cadence de notre famille A320/321, les projets industriels et contribuerez à la conception des futurs systèmes industriels d'Airbus, pour améliorer drastiquement notre performance industrielle.

Vous contribuerez à la conception du système industriel des usines Airbus et des chaînes d'assemblage final pour les programmes futurs et existants

Vous soutiendrez des projets d'industrialisation clés avec des compétences en conception et amélioration de lignes de fabrication pour garantir que les résultats du projet offrent des avantages tangibles et des performances à long terme.

Vous évaluerez les solutions industrielles actuelles et futures et donnerez des recommandations aux architectes industriels grâce à nos capacités numériques innovantes

Vous développerez des méthodes de travail de conception et amélioration de lignes de fabrication pour répondre aux priorités de l'entreprise.

Vous augmenterez vos connaissances et votre autonomie en coachant les communautés industrielles sur les normes de conception et de modélisation de systèmes industriels

**Airbus** is looking for an Industrial System Engineer (ISE).**

**Context & Environment**:
In this context, you will join the Industrial System Design and Modelling department. Within this department, we define, develop and mature industrial solutions to address Aircraft programme challenges (deliver on-time and quality, reduce development and production lead time, cost of Product & Process development & all recurring costs).

We provide New Processes, Methods and Tools (including Design, Modelling and Simulation) to improve and predict our industrial performance.

We work in close link with local ISE in Plants and FALs, collaborating on industrial projects and coaching them to the new Processes, Methods & Tools, in order to grow the Airbus ISE Community.

**Your Impact**:
You will be a catalyst of Change/Change Agent within an international team of Lean & Industrial ISEs to change the ways of working of the Industrial Community.

This position will allow you to be a Key Driver of Airbus Industrial Strategy and empowered to Lead Change to influence the Factory of the Future.

You will be directly involved in Single Aisle Ramp-up, and industrial projects and contribute to the design of the future Airbus industrial systems, to boost our industrial performance.
