- Management of **large dataset** with milliseconds order of magnitude access time to compute in near **real time **complex auction resolution algorithm
- Build efficient and easy to use web products used by thousands of users working for the world's most premium publishers, advertisers and agencies
**Our Commercial Feature Team**
Now that we have been using Salesforce on its most straight-forward use-cases, we want to push it a couple steps higher and use it to make all our processes frictionless and our reportings automated. We are recruiting a Software Engineer with experience on Salesforce Lightning to work closely with the Product team and modelize the activity of the company on a Sales, Finance and Tech aspect of things to deliver a best practice implementation. You would be in charge of the development of projects and improvement of our CRM platform.
**What will you do?**
As a
** Salesforce Software Engineer** in our
**Commercial Team**, your missions will be to:
- Work with the Product Team to understand, map and analyse our current business procedures in relation to Business
- Develop and implement new features defined by the Product Team and needed by the Business Team using Apex, Aura component, Lightning Web Component and Flow
- Evaluate costs and benefits of future development for existing software, present proposals to the main stakeholders.
**What will you bring to the team?**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Developer II, JavaScript Developer I
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a tech/web company (online advertising is a strong plus) of minimum 2 years
- Fluency in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Bonus points:
- Google Mobile Advertising Certification
- Microsoft Bing Ads Accredited Professional
- Strong analytical mind
- Ability to gather and synthesize requirements, create a solution matching said requirements, test it, roll it out and train people on it
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage communication laterally and upwards
- Being able to adapt your speech from Technical to Sales people
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner: We will provide strong trainings
- Ability to be heavily multi-tasking (involved in a lot of projects and business streams in parallel
