**Le poste**

Sous la responsabilité des deux dirigeants et en totale intégration avec le reste des métiers le.la lead Designer UX/UI travaillera sur les projets clients de l’agence.

C’est un poste avec un pied dans l’opérationnel (50%), l’autre dans la gestion d’équipe (50%).

**Missions**:

- Gestion d’une squad de 10 designers
- Update des plans de charge équipe
- Participation aux appels d’offres
- Quantification projets (partie design)
- Accompagnement dans l’évolution (hard skills) de l’équipe design
- Définition des plans de formations des équipes
- Vision globale sur les méthodologies agence
- Intervenir lors du cadrage fonctionnel
- Imaginer les plans d’action à mettre en place pour les clients de l’agence
- Conduire des interviews / tests utilisateurs
- Conduire des audits ergonomiques et fonctionnels selon les critères de Bastien & Scapin et du livre de loi sur les bests practices en sciences cognitives de l’agence.
- Co-créer lors d’ateliers avec les métiers (clients + internes)
- Création de personas
- Animer et conduire des design sprint
- Définition de l’expérience map
- Comprendre et optimiser des process métiers
- Concevoir et livrer des prototypes fonctionnels
- Designer un outil, un service qu’il soit web ou mobile.
- Designer les micro-interactions d’une maquette

**Vous êtes**:

- un.e maître.sse d’Adobe XD ou Figma (pas de sketch chez nous :))
- Impliqué.e dans chacun des projets
- Intéressé.e ou intrigué.e par nos sujets de sciences cognitives ou d’économie comportementale
- Fluent in english (mandatory) (40% de clients internationaux)
- Moteur d’initiatives pour le bien du projet et du client
- Autonome sur vos projets en cours
- Capable de jongler entre plusieurs projets (max 3)
- Une vraie force de proposition pour les clients et l’agence
- Impliqué.e dans la réussite des projets
- Expérimenté.e dans la gestion d’équipe
- Déjà expérimenté.e (10 projets réalisés minimum)
