**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
BCG’s Tech and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice is in charge of building and bringing to market BCG’s tech and digital offers, working hand-in-hand with BCG’s other practices and teams. As part of BCG, TDA teams solve the most daunting challenges that companies face today, accelerating digital excellence to unlock potential, drive growth, and deliver purpose for our clients.

As an intern, you will support TDA Offer Management Team to drive and implement its operations and marketing activities, at a global level. TDA Offer management Team is in charge of defining the tech and digital offers portfolio strategic priorities and ensuring transparency, alignment and progress in the innovation, incubation/build and delivery of these offers. Our Tech and Digital Portfolio is currently structured around 20 global offers led by global leaders, with presence and local leaders in all regions of the world. Together, TDA Offer Management Team and the global leaders form TDA Offer Leadership Team. You will also be working closely with TDA marketing team and BCG Design Services, for your marketing responsibilities, and have the opportunity to get exposure to the most senior leaders of TDA practice.
- Management of the Offer Management Team activities backlog, teaming with the individual offer teams (product managers or other roles supporting the global offer leaders) and monitoring progress of the different action items (eg. squads setup within and beyond TDA)
- Support to the preparation of the Offer Management Team monthly calls
- Support to the preparation of the Offer Leadership Team Quarterly Business Reviews (data collection et visualization, business updates collection from the different offers, slides preparation, etc.)
- Development / update / publication of the Offer Portfolio key materials (Offer Suite key slides, credentials and other collaterals)
- Full ownership of specific marketing initiatives eg. internal newsletters, video or social media campaign, innovation contest, Offer Management team contributions to TDA townhalls or other global meetings/events, etc., in order to raise awareness across BCG about TDA offers and facilitate their go-to-market, be it standalone or jointly with other BCG offers.
- Support to our Tech Innovation and Portfolio Director in driving and implementing all Portfolio Management and Innovation action plans at broad.

Familiarity with consulting ways of working and a broad skillset and passion for operational excellence, marketing and technology is important. You will be supported by an extensive training curriculum (the same program as all BCG consultants) and mentoring to help you build your skills.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
This is a global role, based in Paris, Europe.
- First experience (6-12 months) working with a leading consulting firm (ideally focused on technology/digital initiatives)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly package complex materials for senior audiences with well-structured storylines and clear navigation
