**Your mission**:
Within the Central Rolling Stock Engineering Organisation, based in Paris, we are looking for a Sub System Engineer HVAC, in order to support some strategic train projects, improve our catalogue product (expecially Regional/Mainline) and develop some R&D projects.

**Purpose of the job**:
**1 - Project Engineering**

General:

- Prepare Design Review with suppliers (sub-system/product level) and train counter parts espacially on regional/mainline projects
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables
- Manage the technical Sub-System
- Ensures that standard key design rules are applied with Platform and Sourcing colleagues.
- Reports the progress of the project (meetings, weekly/regular report)

Tender Phase:

- Use Dymola to evaluate heating and cooling needs
- Write the technical Purchasing Specification when needed
- Drive the supplier technical proposals
- Analyze the suppliers offers together with Sourcing
- Calculate the Engineering budget
- Manage Tender design review climatic comfort
- Prepare the Sub System technical commitment and Business Award
- Issues the technical description of the solution proposed to the Customer

Project Phase till SGR
- Assists TSE/TPE/SSM in filling in “Entry “connector” and issues Exit “connector” (Connector RSAD1).
- Assists TSE in filling RSAD2 entry data and issues RSAD2.
- Writes the TPS 1 & 2 jointly with Sourcing organization acc. to the last evolutions and to projects progress
- Drives technical relationships with suppliers with close management of QCD commitments (CbC), risks & validation.
- Prepares and support Business Award meeting with Sourcing

Project Phase from SGR to FAI
- Manages the Technical Changes
- Prepares the sub system technical commitment and Business Award
- Writes the Technical Purchasing Specification (TPS0 - Short Specification) when needed

**Project Phase after FAI**
- Is accountable for installation, tuning on 1st train
- Is accountable for verification of performance as per RSAD2 on bench, Laborame or train
- Supports validation and certification

**2 - product development**
- Support the TS team to define the catalogue products (base, modularity and options)
- Ensure for a proper development of products documentation and data filling in Pleiade/Doors
- Animate the community TS climatic cmfort in coordination with CCN, TD, Aerox

**3 - R&D activities**
- take care of one or more R&D projects
- Ensure the right development controlling time, quality and cost

Your profile:
**Knoweldge & Experience**
- Engineer profile
- General knowledge of the product (preferable on Regional/Mainline)
- Knowledge on Engineering tasks to be performed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on product development

Au sein de l'Organisation Centrale d'Ingénierie du Matériel Roulant, basée à Paris, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Sous-Système HVAC, afin de soutenir certains projets stratégiques de trains, d'améliorer notre produit catalogue (notamment Régional/Mainline) et de développer certains projets R&D.

Objectif du poste:
1 - Ingénierie de projet

Généralités:
Préparer la revue de conception avec les fournisseurs (niveau sous-système/produit) et les contreparties du train, en particulier sur les projets régionaux/mainline.
Assurer la qualité des livrables
Gérer le sous-système technique
S'assurer que les règles de conception clés standard sont appliquées avec les collègues de la plate-forme et du sourcing.
Rapporte l'avancement du projet (réunions, rapport hebdomadaire/régulier)

Phase d'appel d'offres:
Analyser les exigences (CbC) des clients (internes/finales) et effectuer, avec BTM/TSE, une analyse des écarts par rapport à la référence lib et utiliser l'outil Pléiade.
Utiliser Dymola pour évaluer les besoins en chauffage et en climatisation.
