**Poste**:
Within the EMEA Headquarters, you join the Finance & Supply Chain team under the responsibility of its Group FP&A Manager. You ensure royalty calculation as well as create and check royalty reports. You also support the accounting team with royalty invoices treatment and re-invoicing processes.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):

- Calculate monthly royalties based on sales statistics and on contractual terms and conditions
- Create and check monthly & quarterly royalty reports
- Check the invoices received related to royalties
- Calculate amounts of royalty provisions based on the amounts of royalties and invoices received
- Manage, when applicable, the J-LOD subsidy process
- Check the contracts drafted and assist the legal team
- Ensure BNEU payments to be proceeded or BNEU receivables to be received, if required

**Profil**:

- Good Excel Skills
- Fluency in English and French; Japanese is a plus
- Analytical mindset
- Rigorous and autonomous
- Ability to maintain accuracy and to manage schedule Good communicator and team player
