The Content Development Manager will assist in maximizing our digital capabilities to drive achievement of strategic objectives through the development of high quality content for mobilisation through digital channels.
Role and responsibilities- Understand current and emerging digital channels and digital best practices, and provide strategic recommendations- Adapt global / regional digital assets and campaign materials for local implementation as appropriate- Develop digital promotion, communication and marketing materials using Adobe pro or similar- Drive digital planning integration into brand and medical strategies to maximise use and impact of digital channels- Continuously evaluate all digital marketing activities to optimise effectiveness and efficiency in line with market and competitor trends- Responsible for the content development for allocated digital projects- Develop a content sales flow that aligns content delivery to the customer type and needs- Continually engage with the brand and medical team to ensure content is aligned to the needs of the brand and medical strategies- Utilise digital channel analytics to gain in-depth knowledge of customer behaviours, channel and content success and trends- Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams, who touch critical commercial processes (e.g. Customer Engagement Execution, Medical, Patient Value & Access) to develop market insights.
What you’ll bring- Fluent in French & High level of written and spoken English.- 2-5 years experience in digital marketing and/or channel management- Healthcare Marketing/ Pharmaceuticals Commercialization background- Product Launch Experience is desirable- Familiarity with Veeva CRM system and Adobe Pro- Experience within global matrix organisation- Familiarity with the ABPI code of practice- Ability to put customer experience at the forefront of all projects- Flexible, resilient and change advocate
