Description du poste
Rattaché(e) à la Head of Growth, ton rôle en tant que Growth Marketing Specialist, est de participer activement au développement et à la construction du département Growth Marketing en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble de l'équipe marketing.
**Tes missions seront de**:
Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies d'acquisition et rétention digitales en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Gérer et optimiser les campagnes en ligne (SEA, display, affiliation, Meta ads, etc.) pour nos différents marchés et identifier les opportunités d’acquisition de trafic qualifié.
Améliorer le référencement naturel (SEO) ainsi que créer des landing pages et A/B tester pour identifier les meilleures pratiques de conversion.
Analyser les performances des campagnes et créer des rapports réguliers présentant les KPIs, notamment la conversion et le ROI et proposer des recommandations basées sur l'analyse des données.
Benchmarker les pratiques concurrents pour ajuster la stratégie d'acquisition et rester compétitif sur le marché.
Profil recherché
Tu as une expérience similaire d'au moins deux ans, idéalement dans un environnement exigeant, de préférence avec une forte composante Marketing digital.
Tu as une parfaite approche de test and learn, une maitrise des outils de marketing automation comme SEMrush, Google Search Consol et tu parles couramment anglais.
Ta rigueur, ton autonomie et ta capacité d’adaptation seront des atouts pour réussir les différentes missions qui te seront proposées.
