The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Accreditation Appointed Approver:

- is expected to be actively involved throughout the entire Accreditation process of the relevant On Location EPR suppliers;
- will be in charge of several tasks, including but not limited to:

- Be in constant contact with On Location Accreditation FA;
- Communicate to On Location Accreditation FA the supplier companies officially awarded and the contact details of the relevant Accreditation Liaison Officers (ALOs) for the creation of the Accreditation System Accounts to be used for their registration;
- Attend Accreditation System trainings organised by On Location Accreditation FA and the System Provider;
- Discuss with On Location Accreditation FA the On Location Event Production requirements in terms of 2nd Part Passes (Upgrade Cards);
- Pick-up Upgrade Cards from On Location Accreditation FA, deliver them to the relevant Supplier focal point who will be in charge of their distribution to the relevant suppliers individuals, providing instructions on how Upgrade Cards should be managed.

You Have These:
Essential Experience:

- Experience in managing registration and credentialing for large-scale global events;
- Experience with registration systems and databases.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and, particularly, Microsoft Excel;
- Fluent in French (required for the communication with local suppliers) & English;
- Attention to details required for meticulous data/photo quality checks;
- Proactiveness in identifying areas where support can be provided to meet deadlines;
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities.
