**Position Overview**:
FlexAI is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior/Lead Architectural Modeling Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key architect in the design, development, and optimization of the architectural models at the chip, system, and cluster levels for FlexAI's purpose-built AI compute systems. As a Senior/Lead Architectural Modeling Engineer, you will collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and system architects to ensure that the architecture models created allow for effectively validating various architectural hypotheses and ideas, from performance and power consumption points of view.

- Lead the design and development of Architectural Models for FlexAI's purpose-built AI compute systems.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define model requirements and constraints.
- Optimize the models for efficient execution and fidelity with real systems within the defined tolerance budget.
- Assist in integrating workloads and the FlexAI SW stack on top of the Architectural models to enable pre-hardware, SW development
- Conduct performance analysis and profiling of architectural models and the workloads running on top of them.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior software engineers.

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural modeling and/or simulation platforms, ideally in AI-related projects.
- Strong understanding of system-level challenges in AI, including network bandwidth, memory, and thermal considerations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++ for high-performance SW development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
