Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design or a relevant field
- Five years of relevant experience in Instructional Design
- Core Program and Project Management skills, including stakeholder management, setting and managing expectations, risks & mitigations
- High proficiency with and proven command of e-Learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond and other supporting tools such as the Adobe Suite tools, Camtasia, etc. alongside Microsoft Office products and any LMS (Cornerstone On Demand as a preference)
- Native and/or fluent in English and French and/or German
- Demonstrated skills in needs analysis and impact evaluation using standard Contact Center metrics
- Self-starter, with proven experience of working on program/projects with a geographically dispersed, remote team
- Familiarity with Web-based Learning Platforms, Social Learning, Gamification and with the use of Multimedia in training

Job summary

Amazon's Consumer Customer Service Support Learning & Development organization is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Learning Experience PM to join their regional EU Instructional Design team.

Proven experience in building, evaluating and maintaining engaging, learner-centered and performance-based self-directed training solutions that include scenario-based activities and customer interaction simulations is a core requirement for this role.

As a Learning Experience ID PM on this team, you will create and manage training programs that support Consumer Customer Service associates both within Europe and across our Global Organization, deployed across multiple training modalities. If you are a native or fluent English and French and/or German speaker, passionate about adult learning and fully proficient in any additional European language, this job is for you

The role can also be based in Amsterdam, Milan, Madrid, Cork, Edinburgh, Istanbul.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management
- Effectively design and communicate Learning and Training strategies to senior-level leaders, collaborating with CS teams and Subject Matter Experts across the network
- Build and maintain relationships with both regional and global stakeholders and peers, including Business teams, CS Operations, Quality Control, Insight and Evaluation, Knowledge Management and other WWCS Vertical learning teams

Instructional Design-Project and Program Management
- Skillfully perform needs and task analysis to create targeted and engaging learning solutions that blend self-directed learning in a virtual classroom environment with instructor-led content, and other modalities as appropriate
- Leverage data to effectively evaluate behavioral and business impact of the training material produced, as well as measure the effectiveness of the same learning interventions using key performance metrics
- Flex your skills to create e-based training content along with gamified lessons, interactive videos, training simulations, etc. as required, following a modular, standardized process that makes this content adaptable and scales gracefully
- Support the translation and localization of the training materials produced for the programs or projects portfolio overseen and/or directly managed.
- Simultaneously work on multiple, complex and time-critical deliverables, owning them through their entire life cycle
