Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison.
- Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.
- Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.
- La Maison Balenciaga, qui appartient au Groupe Kering depuis 2001, est l’un des noms les plus influents du monde de la mode.
- Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un/e assistant/e de direction qui reportera au Chief Product Officer.- Job Description- Votre opportunité- Au sein de la Direction Produits & Merchandising et directement rattaché à la Chief Product Officer, vous l’assisterez sur ses tâches au quotidien.- Votre contribution- Support de l’activité:

- Organisation et gestion d’un agenda mouvant
- Organisation des déplacements nationaux et internationaux : réservations des billets, hôtels, taxi et visa, en lien avec notre agence de voyages
- Gestion du vestiaire
- Saisie et suivi des notes de frais
- Accueil lors des rendez-vous
- Gestion de la logistique du quotidien- Assistanat personnel : support dans la réalisation de tâches administratives personnelles- En lien avec les équipes Finance, coordination autonome du suivi du budget de l’organisation Produit & Merchandising:

- Préparation du budget de fonctionnement annuel et de ses révisés.
- Gestion des PO et réception des factures
- Suivi et reporting mensuel des engagés, dépensés vs budgété
- Coordination du processus de clôture de fin d’année (atterrissage, provisions,)
- Suivi des notes de frais du service
- Gestion des commandes de fournitures pour le service- Suivi et coordination de l’ensemble de l’activité des équipes reportant au Chief Product Officer:

- Mise en forme et finalisation des présentations
- Suivi du calendrier de l’équipe RH (planification et suivi des présences/absences/Télétravail, aide au suivi et à la planification des activités du cycle RH : entretiens de performance, salary review, business reviews, etc.)
- Réception, tri et traitement du courrier du service- Gestion des événements:

- Gestion des réunions et séminaires de département (planification, organisation, convocation)
- Coordination des présentations de collection lors des showrooms (planification, coordination sur place avec les techniciens, réceptions des vidéos et diffusion aux équipes concernées).- Vous êtes- Une personne avec une première expérience significative de 5-10 ans en tant qu’assistant de direction acquise idéalement dans l’univers du Luxe et de la Mode
- Un professionnel bilingue en anglais qui aime travailler dans un environnement international dynamique dans lequel vos initiatives sont valorisées
- Doté d’un excellent relationnel, un sens aigu de la confidentialité et appréciez travailler en équipe
- Une personne douée d’une forte adaptabilité afin de travailler avec un environnement business et un environnement créatif
- A l’aise dans un environnement agile et international
- Habitué à travailler sur le Pack Office et démontrez des qualités rédactionnelles.
