**Team/Role Overview**
**What you’ll do**
- Contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process associated with a project under management
- Ensure creation of project scope management plan and identify, track and close project issues
- Identify project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
- Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner
- May direct day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role
- Undertake country HR residual activities across the employee life cycle until these are right placed
- Manage medical visits as per country labor law requirements
- Support the Third-Party Management (TPM) activities for the HR function, including processing all HR related invoices in system
- Support with HR communications, including employee onboarding/offboarding communications as required
- Create and manage Citi surveys (mandatory Bi-annual reviews)
- Creation and submission of the EIB payment (car cash allowance/relocation allowance etc)
- Follow up on ensuring Workday information is correct and request correction where needed
- Communication and follow up with mobility provider regarding immigration cases (new hires, employee renewal of work permit)
- Communication with tax provider regarding new hires
- Follow up and ensure payment to former employees is handled
- Update HR Sharepoint as required, provide new employees with access
- Various tasks as ordering archives, orders of office supplies
- As the role evolves, pan European projects may be added in role responsibilities.
**What we’ll need from you**
- Experience in coordination of HR projects
- Relevant HR experience
- Experience tracking and reporting of HR data & process
- Experience supporting providers relationships
- Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data
- Experience with pan European projects
- Understanding of complex environment
- Exhibits strong basic executional and increasing project ownership capabilities
- HR degree or equivalent experience preferred
