Nurse

**Position description**:
Monitor and maintain the occupational health of all mill employees. Participate in the improvement of the health, safety and working conditions of the staff by being a force of proposal, by conducting studies on HSE topics, by animating working groups, by training staff as needed and carrying out prevention actions of occupational health.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Planning and conducting medical interviews
- Completion of medical examinations necessary for monitoring the occupational health of employees
- Planning and organizing Health Occupational Doctor visits and intervention
- Alert and screening of individual health situations that may endanger the employee himself, its professional entourage and its employability
- Communication and exchanges with the Health Occupational Doctor on the company’s occupational health elements
- Administrative and operational management of occupational health aspects (medical files, pharmacy, waste, safety equipment, monitoring of chemical and noise exposures, management of moulded hearing protection, management of safety glasses)
- Performing physical (and maintenance) or psychological emergency care
- Advises on health and safety when soliciting plant personnel and outside companies.
- Participates in various working groups about HSE topics.
- Is the HSE referent in the psychosocial risk working group
- Conducts training and retraining Lifeguard, Work First Aid, PRAP, Safety, Chemical Hazards and Working at Heights
- Conducts safety visits, management system audits and compliance studies related to "occupational health and chemicals" regulations.
- Validates chemical products use (health part), populates and tracks chemical database, tracks employee exposure, conducts chemical risk assessment

**Profile and qualifications**:

- Graduated as Nurse
- Ideally a first experience in industry.
- Listening skills
- Good use of Office Pack
- French mother tongue.
