Le/la Merchandising Manager Fine Jewelry aura les missions suivantes:
- Le développement commercial de l’activité Joaillerie et du budget associé
- Le pilotage des lancements et soutien au développement des collections existantes au travers de la création et de la mise en place d’action plans ambitieux et innovants
- La gestion de l’offre en magasin et du réseau de distribution associé en coordination avec les équipes Supply-Chain et Store Planning.
- L’animation et soutien des équipes Merchandising en zones en vue d’atteindre les objectifs fixés
- L’amélioration continue de l’expérience client en coordination avec les équipes centrales (Architecture, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Clienteling etc.)
- L’organisation du showroom Joaillerie en collaboration avec l’équipe Marketing
- Le management d’un Junior Merchandiser et d’un stagiaire

PROFIL
- Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure de type Ecole de commerce (ou équivalent BAC+5)
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire (Merchandising, Marketing opérationnel), idéalement dans le secteur de la Joaillerie
- Une expérience à l’international et/ou en Retail est un avantage
- Compétences techniques:
- Anglais courant indispensable
- Diplôme de gemmologie type GIA est un avantage
- Forte appétence pour l’univers de la Joaillerie
