**Availability: fully flexible (also working in weekends possible)**

**Job Description**:

- Leading your store in order to reach goals and maximize profit
- Provide amazing customer service, sales and store standards
- Leading and inspiring your store team in their daily work
- You develop the store team by being a role model and inspire them to reach and exceed goals
- You evaluate and follow up on KPI's and implement commercial actions

To be successful in this role we also see that you:
- Fluent in English
- all written and spoken communication with Head office and your line manager is in English.
- Have leadership experience and coaching abilities
- Experience in analyzing figures and act based on results
- Are comfortable using feedback to help others be better
- You’re a quick thinker so working in a fast-paced environment suits you.
- Previous experience in a management role in Retail
