**Are you ready to manage the integrated execution and delivery of all media, influencer and PR campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels? As our Senior Media & Connections Manager you will become a bridge between South West Europe (BE, NL, FR, ES, PT) cluster brand management teams and the central Europe Media & PR teams to capture and grow consumer demand for Upfield's exciting brands**

Location**:Amsterdam or Paris**

Hybrid**:3 days a week in the office**

**About The Position**

As Senior Media & Connections Manager for the South West region, you are in charge of translating cluster needs, together with the central team into media, influencer, PR strategy and experiential briefings for the central media agency and local influencer, PR and experiential activation agencies.

Executing cluster influencer marketing campaigns and managing direct deals (e.g. native advertising or sponsoring) with local publishers will be an important part of your scope.

In this role, you create test plans which address key brand and media questions before launching campaigns at scale and you support all cluster brand managers in allocating and tracking activation budgets to fuel our brands' growth.

You will also support the brand team on PR, experiential and sampling initiatives across the cluster, including briefing and managing PR, influencer and experiential agencies.

Monitoring performance against clear goals and creating meaningful reports to prove campaign success is one of your skills.

And last but not least you will participate in the European Media & PR community to share learnings and insights across regions and you will also challenge the norm and seek out innovative paid and earned media approaches across Upfield brands and platforms.

**So** what does it take to be successful in this role?**

You are a self-starter, knows what needs to be done and how to make it happen at pace.

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing with any combination of digital marketing, influencer marketing, brand PR and experiential marketing. If you don't have direct experience in one (or more) of these domains, you are curious and eager to learn more about it/them.
