**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **Junior Vibration and Dynamics Engineer **(f/m) **to join our Dynamics & Vibrations Department based in **Marignane, France.**

Immersed in a transnational team, you will have many interfaces within engineering and will work very closely to the end product and its customers. This is your chance to see and influence the helicopter as a complete system.

Your main mission will be to support your future main customers (project/program, production, flight test, support,...) on all vibration-related issues.

**Your challenges**:
From day one you will have a technically challenging and diverse job, where activities can be:

- Performing dynamic layout of rotor, airframe & vibration control systems.
- Predicting vibration transmissibility, cabin vibrations, vibration control system performance, rotor and helicopter stability.
- Defining & analyzing component, ground and flight tests & validate prediction models.
- Contributing the certification & qualification of the helicopter and its parts.
- Improving our methods and tools.
- Last but not least, performing research and development activities in order to make our helicopters smoother, more comfortable and to improve our ability to predict complex dynamic phenomenon.

**Your profile**:
You will have the following skills and experience:

- Educated to a 5 years’ degree level (or equivalent) in aeronautical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Mandatory experience with MATLAB, MS Office.
- Knowledge in the field of dynamics & vibrations.
- You worked with finite element modelling tools e.g. NASTRAN, Hyperworks
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit.
- Open minded and welcome problem attitude and you bring curiosity.
- You enjoy a transverse and international environment.

**Language skills**:

- Fluent in French,
- Fluent in English,
- German is a plus.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
