**CONTEXT**

We are looking for a **Sustainability Reporting Manager** to join our **Sustainable Finance** team.
This CDI will take place ASAP in Paris (75), in our Head Office.
In this position, you will report to **Aida**, our Sustainability Performance Reporting Senior Manager.
Your mission will be to advance Danone’s sustainability reporting, through improved disclosure, ensuring compliance with the existing and new reporting standards. You will need to keep abreast of upcoming ESG regulations and legislation and to showcase externally, Danone's sustainability performance.
The Global Sustainability Performance manager also manages the external auditing of the business’s sustainability performance, (environmental, health and social performance). Supporting Danone’s businesses towards its agenda and global sustainability commitments. The manager is supported by a direct report to manage Danone’s external relationship and responses to ESG Benchmarks and Indices.
The role requires the manager to collaborate with Danone stakeholders to collate the extensive ESG data, that is used to in the overall decision-making processes of the company, notably by leading Danone’s extra-financial accounting and audits (environmental, health and social) and external disclosures (Universal Registration Document, Annual Integrated Report, extra-financial rating and rankings,).
The Sustainable Finance team is also responsible for collating and managing sustainability data, from the organisations carbon emissions to health and nutritional data. This includes maintaining data accuracy to mapping our progress and trajectory against our targets. The team also leads an internal programme to improve the businesses sustainability performance this internal programme annually guides, measures and supports the improvement of Danone’s sustainability performance.
**YOUR MISSIONS**
- **Lead Danone’s disclosures on ESG reporting and indexes**
- Advance sustainability reporting to improve disclosure and compliance with key frameworks and standards which enable Danone to showcase its sustainability performance_._
- Lead the coordination of the regulatory sustainability reporting to secure robust and reliable extra-financial information
- Drive the sustainability audits campaign with internal stakeholders at all levels of the company and in close relation with the Independent Third Party
- Supervise the answers to selected ESG rating and ranking agencies and respond and analyze the new ones such as WDI, WBA, etc.
- Oversee the drafting of institutional CSR content (reference document, annual report, integrated report, internet site, collaborative intranet, general meeting, etc.)
- Be in charge of the distribution of the CSR information to several internal audiences by being the hub of the sustainability content
- **Bring outside in: Monitor the non-financial regulations and implement related action plans**
- Follow up evolving regulatory requirements relating to sustainable finance and anticipate regulatory changes in terms of non-financial reporting._
- Perform regulatory monitoring and translate them into concrete action plans for the reporting
- Share them with the sustainability teams and help them to be appropriated and integrated into the reporting systems
- Implement the necessary projects and actions so that the company can meet these new obligations:
- More specifically, manage the implementation of the new obligations resulting from the CSRD
- **Act as an interface with global contacts**
- Bring outside in and influence the performance of the company with learning and findings
- Work with global teams and in particular finance (investor relations, strategy and risk, audit) to synergize and cross-fertilize common processes and requests
- Contribute to the development of the skills of these teams on CSR issues (monitoring and sharing of information, thematic working groups, etc.)
- **Driving efficiency and collaboration to improve ways of working**
- Modernize our ways of working, for our team activities scope, through technology in order to increase efficiency and strengthen the formalization of our knowledge and processes
- Support the upskilling and empowerment of key teams on sustainability reporting topics (off-shelf presentation, ad hoc presentation, etc.)
