Afin de répondre au développement constant de son activité, Datawords créé un poste de:
IT Project Manager

Au sein de la direction des systèmes d’information, vous rejoignez notre département IT en tant que IT Project Manager.

Datawords crée, traduit et publie des contenus pour des grandes marques internationales, et est à ce titre soumis à des exigences de sécurité très élevées. Vous serez chargé de définir et mettre en œuvre une politique de sécurité informatique au niveau de ces attentes.

Vous rejoindrez également l’équipe Tech leadership regroupant les profils technologiques senior sous la responsabilité de notre CTO groupe.

**Vos serez notamment en charge de**:
Conduire et piloter des projets complexes impliquant des équipes métier à l'échelle du Groupe (15 bureaux dans le monde)
Participer à la définition de l’architecture du système d’information et assurer sa mise en oeuvre à travers l’ensemble de nos filiales
Assurer le run pour l’ensemble des composantes du système d’information : ERP, SIRH, CRM,Work Management System, outils métiers.
Garantir la sécurité du SI avec le suivi opérationnel de nos audits de certification ISO27001 et audits de sécurité
Définir des objectifs stratégiques et business du système d’information
Participer à l’élaboration de la roadmap du système d’information
Définir et mettre en oeuvre la politique MDM via le middleware
Gérer des relations fournisseurs (intégrateurs, éditeurs, freelances)
Définir et mettre en oeuvre le plan de formation des équipes métiers et utilisateurs internes et externes
Assurer la compatibilité du système d’information avec les politiques de sécurité et de confidentialité des données et les certifications détenues par le groupe
Définir et mettre en oeuvre un plan d’intégration des systèmes d’information des sociétés rachetées par le groupe

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire
Vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 6 ans dont 3 ans minimum en gestion/direction de projet IT
Vous êtes un(e) Manager reconnu(e)
Vous parlez français et anglais couramment
Vous avez un très bon relationnel, bonne capacité d’écoute, et bonne communication orale et écrite avec les équipes applicatives autant qu’avec les équipes techniques.
