Local Unit & Position Description:
As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Customer Care Officer who will contribute to the implementation of our operations.

The Customer Care Officer will support the quality department by monitoring customer satisfaction, analyzing complaints and internal non-conformities, and organizing accreditation audits.

He/she will join a dynamic team that likes to work in a good atmosphere, on a human scale but with the possibility of working with our other international units.

**Responsibilities**

The administrative assistant will be responsible for:

- Support for internal process and customer care activities
- Communicate continually with clients and auditors
- Support certificate issue process
- Depending on the profile, work on complex project

Position Qualifications:
**Competences and knowledge**
- Minimum experience in administrative activities, customer service or back office is preferred.
- Preferred bachelor degree
- Languages: fluent French and fluent English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Good knowledge and ability to work with the MS office
