Property Manager (Résidentiel) CDD 3 mois H/F

Osez exprimer qui vous êtes vraiment
Rattaché(e) à la Direction d'Exploitation d'In'li Property Management, vous êtes le garant de la valorisation du patrimoine sur votre secteur.
**Vous serez en charge de**:
**\- La gestion locative**: arrivées et départs, états des lieux, signature des baux, suivi des contrats et des obligations contractuelles des locataires;
\- La gestion administrative du parc immobilier qui vous est confié : représentation en tant que mandant dans les copropriétés et les assemblées générales, suivi des garanties et de la réalisation des travaux ;
\- La gestion technique et de la sécurité du patrimoine immobilier : création et pilotage des budgets, définition des cahiers des charges et des besoins, proposition de solutions nouvelles ou plus efficaces.
Profil
Réinventons ensemble le logement
De formation niveau Bac+3 dans l'immobilier, avec idéalement une expérience confirmée de 5 ans dans une fonction de gestionnaire locatif, responsable de secteur et/ou responsable technique de sites.
Vous êtes à l'écoute et aimez communiquer avec tout type d'interlocuteur.
Vous appréciez organiser, manager et agir pour améliorer la qualité de vie au quotidien.
Votre sens des responsabilités et votre orientation client vous sont reconnus.
Le permis de conduire est un impératif du poste.
De nombreux déplacements en Ile de France sont à prévoir.
Poste à pourvoir dès que possible - CDD de 3 mois basé à La Défense (92)
