En lien direct avec Axel Poitral, CPO et co-founder, ta mission est de faire passer le product design au niveau supérieur chez Qobra, en nous permettant de passer de:
️ Un produit dont une des forces est l’UX-UI, capable de supporter des problématiques complexes de commissionnement, obtenu grâce à l’effort et l’attention des fondateurs et premiers membres de l’équipe Produit-Tech.

**️** Des guidelines, méthodes et process scalables (design system en particulier) permettant de designer un produit croissant en flexibilité tout en conservant ses forces sur l’UX-UI, avec le développement de Qobra.

***Missions & responsabilités****:
**Connaissances**
- Développer une empathie client et une profonde connaissance du produit en faisant de la discovery en continu : _participer à des calls prospect/client, visionner des recordings de meeting, visionner des sessions utilisateurs sur le produit, analyser les feedbacks produit _
- Développer une compréhension des enjeux techniques, pour orienter les choix design en fonction (performance, design system ).

***Product Design**
- Discovery_:

- Collaborer avec les Product Manager en prenant part à des entretiens utilisateurs, en animant des ateliers internes (Tech, Sales ou Customer Success) et en réalisant des benchmarks du marché et des outils.
- Conception_:

- Collaborer avec les Product Managers et Tech Lead sur la définition fonctionnelle des solutions.
- Delivery_:

- Owner le design de la solution sur Figma, en cherchant du feedback pour itérer jusqu’à la solution idéale.
- Participer aux review des features avant leur mise en production, en menant en particulier la review design.

**Leadership**
- Être responsable de l’usabilité et du look & feel du produit, en formulant et faisant évoluer les patterns (UX) et la direction visuelle (UI) à la lumière des feedbacks clients et internes.
- Gérer le design system, son maintien, sa documentation et son évolution.
- Développer la culture design en interne, en menant et partageant une veille continue, tant sur les innovations purement design que sur les produits dont s’inspirer.
- Piloter l’agence design externe (PeloStudio) pour soutenir les besoins en delivery, puis complètement internaliser le rôle en constituant une équipe product design.

**Profil recherché**
***:

- Tu as 6+ ans d’expérience en product design, sur des solutions SaaS B2B, idéalement produit complexe.
- Tu as de l’expérience sur toute la chaîne de product design : discovery (what problem to solve), idéation (which possible solutions), conception (how should it work), UI design (how should it look and feel).
- Tu as activement collaboré avec des product managers et développeurs.
- Tu as évolué dans des équipes designs à différentes phases : de quelques designers à un département complet et structuré.
- Tu as déjà leadé/coaché/managé plusieurs designers au cours de tes expériences.
- Tu es autonome, efficace, et tu sais faire preuve de leadership dans tes projets.

**Perspectives d’évolutions**:
Dans un premier temps, tu seras responsable de l'ensemble de la production design sur le produit et de la collaboration avec les partenaires existants (PeloStudio).

Dans un second temps (horizon 12 mois), tu seras également responsable de leader une équipe Product Design interne, qui grandira au fil des années et suivant l'évolution des besoins.
