**How you’ll make an impact?**
- Drives implementation of effective HR programs (e.g. people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development and change management), in close cooperation with respective corporate functions.
- Manages all HR topic on site - Beni suif (2/3 days a week)
- Advises unit management regarding general HR topics, processes and compliance issues.
- Discusses workforce demands for (an) assigned organization(s).
- Guides coordination of staffing - in cooperation with HR operations.
- Is responsible for HR part in M&A projects in accordance with global standards.
- Drives implementation of the global people strategy and derives appropriate actions for functional HR strategy and global or regional HR level.
- Develops global and / or regional, diverse talent pipeline.
- Is responsible for Visa process for Expats

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience within HR as HR generalist in multinational organization and matrix organization.
- Systematic HR knowledge and methodology
- Deep knowledge of the local Labor law and legislative framework related to employee-employer relationships.
- Thorough understanding of HR practices, including Visa process, compensation and benefits, performance management and talent development
- HR experience with blue collar workers, ideally in technical sectors
- Great ability to partner with managers, employees, providers, HR professionals
- English - advanced level
