- Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions**:R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2024.**
**This HR Graduate Program will be based in France.**

The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of **2 rotations across our French facilities.**
**Take on a Challenge**
- As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives - by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Sponsor. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.- During **this HR Graduate Program** you will have the unique opportunity to understand HR world from two perspectives - plant based and central functions. During first rotation, you will be working alongside HR Manager in one of our manufacturing facilities to engage employees, prepare and execute training activities, review and improve onboarding plan for newcomers. The second part of the program will be focused on supporting HR Manager France with managing social relations in France, would give you insights in the bigger scope. You will actively participate in harmonizing the French network of Amcor facilities.**What do you need**?**
- It’s a good start to have the following:
- **Master’s degree in human resources, law** or related fields
- Up to 2 years of working experience (might be gained via internships) in **industrial environment, in human resources department**:
- Fluency in **English & French** is required
- Understanding of French legislation in regards to labour law highly desirable
- Willingness to travel and work across different parts of France
- Flexibility & adaptability
- Proactiveness and outperformance mindset
- Collaboration skills
- Strong stakeholder management & network building capabilities
- Full time permanent work permit in France
