- ** Support Regulatory Operations Transformation**: Identify opportunities for transformation, plan, and implement to significantly optimize processes & activities within the Reg Ops organization and ultimately improve efficiency and delivery of R&D portfolio. Actively support major Reg Ops strategic business initiatives.
- ** Support team Projects management** : Manage operationally the strategic project in tight link with business leads.
- ** Communication & performance monitoring** : Governance : act as secretary of Management Team. Reporting: set up, format, monitor, and communicate Reg Ops roadmap, objectives and relevant dashboards and KPIs according to strategic pillars.
- ** Sponsor users & patient centricity**

**Main Duties**

**1. **Support **Regulatory Operations Transformation**
- Identify and outline opportunities for process and organizational improvements and propose transformation plans
- Ensure alignment with R&D transformation strategy
- Create a culture and environment that fosters innovation, creativity, agility and performance (systems and tools, people development, training, coaching)
- Organize, facilitate, and/or lead the timely implementation of the transformation programme through workshops and specific projects as necessary
- Ensure that all initiatives lead to tangible outcomes (timing, financial, quality, ). Ensure appropriate communication on progress, achievements and impacts
- Develop a strong, positive relationship with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of change. Support Regulatory Operations managers on change management activities and provide the appropriate level of support and coaching to the teams
- Ensure excellent and robust governance across all transformation programmes that support delivery of the Regulatory Operations roadmap
- Ensure alignment with R&D and/or Corporate transformation initiatives and maintain strong interactions with other transformation teams
- Develop and maintain close relationship with peers in other Enterprise Excellence Ipsen functions to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing
- Assess current practices and process performance and coach on tools/methods instilling lean culture/practices within the workplace. Facilitate meetings and workshops and coordinate trainings of the Regulatory Operations staff when needed, to develop their continuous improvement skills and support them in the delivery of appropriate improvement initiatives
- Ensure sufficient excellence competencies across Regulatory Operations to achieve a sustainable improvement system and that there is an ongoing development and utilization of skills and value creation to benefit the individual and Ipsen

**2. **Sup**port team Projects management**
- Set up, plan and track Regulatory Operations objectives and ensure alignment with R&D objectives and reports
- Update roadmap as necessary, track, and communicate within and outside Regulatory Operations
- Plan management (detailed planning with interdependencies, critical path, activities tracking )
- Resource management (resource and associated budget /activities)
- Risk management : proper escalation process, mitigation plan for critical activities with the risk log
- Knowledge management with shared working space for meeting minutes; lesson learn, competitive intelligence

**3. Communication & performance monitoring**
- Ensure Management Team staffing
- Responsible for organising the meetings in an appropriate time frame (e.g. monthly/ ad hoc), developing topics scheduling & agendas, communicating the expectations for providing pre-reads, provide and ensure logistics, ensure concise documentation of the decisions/ actions and minutes, communication events as required (Town Hall,). Maintain the shared digital workspaces
- Cascade decisions of governance bodies for appropriate communication and follow up
- Reg Ops communication lead internally and externally
- Reporting: set up, format, monitor, and communicate Reg Ops roadmap, objectives and relevant dashboards and KPIs according to strategic pillars

**4. Sponsor users & patient centricity**
- Define and execute customers voice integration
- Act as patient ambassador within the department
- Manage Reg Ops vendors oversight

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Optimisation of organisation/process. Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality on EE tools/knowledge required
- Strong analytics and organizational skills required ; digital technologies experiences
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- High energy & results-driven, solution-oriented attitude
- Communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
- Good Listener
- Strong team player with ability to quickly establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
