**C**’est **ici que vous attend votre plus grand défi**:
Au sein de l'équipe Value & Stakeholder Success Management (département Digital & Business Factory), nous recherchons un profil pour compléter l'équipe Customer Success Management.

Sur le périmètre du Luxe & Lifestyle, qui englobe les Maisons (Raffles, Orient Express, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Emblems Ennismore). Vous serez responsable de la relation avec une ou plusieurs maisons, en collaboration avec les chefs de projet principaux.

Vous veillerez à ce que la Digital & Business Factory génère la valeur maximale pour nos parties prenantes en répondant à leurs priorités commerciales tout en garantissant le bon niveau de concentration.

**Votre mission**:

- Faciliter la priorisation des besoins commerciaux dans la roadmap Digitale & Business, représentant la vision et les priorités commerciales de nos parties prenantes - Maison(s) - au sein de la Digital & Business Factory, en veillant à ce que les besoins commerciaux soient bien qualifiés, alignés sur la stratégie et les OKR du Groupe (les remettre en question le cas échéant), avec un impact commercial et des KPI confirmés, une stratégie de mise sur le marché, coordination des synergies entre les besoins commerciaux.
- Favoriser les échanges entre les parties prenantes et les experts pertinents de la Digital & Business Factory.
- Suivre et communiquer sur les priorités des parties prenantes, le progrès des livraisons et la valeur générée, élaborer un plan de réussite avec nos parties prenantes en accord avec leurs objectifs stratégiques, fournir des conseils sur la stratégie, les jalons clés, les livraisons de la roadmap associée et la valeur générée.
- Mettre en avant les livraisons précieuses de la Digital & Business Factory aux parties prenantes pour renforcer leur satisfaction et engagement, anticiper de manière proactive les besoins commerciaux, fournir des recommandations pour guider nos parties prenantes dans leurs projets numériques et défis commerciaux.
- S'assurer de la surveillance des performances et de l'utilisation, et veiller à ce que le produit atteigne ses objectifs et fournisse la valeur attendue.
- Si nécessaire, le rôle peut également impliquer la coordination de la mise en place de produits et services spécifiques nécessaires à une Maison du Luxe & Lifestyle, tels qu'un nouveau système de distribution dédié, des interfaces de fidélité, des solutions BI et de reporting, avec la responsabilité de la gestion budgétaire associée.

**Qualifications** Et vous ?**
- 2 ans minimum d'expérience (hors alternance / stage) en gestion de projet / produit.
- Excellente culture digitale.
- Bonne connaissance des processus agiles et de la culture produit.
- Vous êtes résolument orienté vers l'utilisateur et la création de valeur
- Autonome, vous êtes très organisé(e).
- Vous savez remettre en question les visions de manière constructive et proposer des méthodologies rigoureuses.
- Vous n'avez pas peur d'approfondir de nouveaux sujets, en dehors de votre zone de confort (Distribution, Gouvernance, contrat légal...) pour trouver la meilleure solution.
- Vous avez également piloté des projets importants impliquant de nombreux intervenants.
- Fortes compétences analytiques combinées à une excellente capacité à comprendre des domaines fonctionnels hétérogènes.
- Un plus si vous avez eu l'opportunité de travailler dans le secteur du Luxe et du Lifestyle.
- Très orienté business et résultats.
- Capacité à interagir avec diverses parties prenantes.
- Anglais ET Français courant (écrit et oral).
