AXA IM Alts is a global leader in alternative investments with over €185 billion of assets under management comprising c.€91 billion of primarily private real estate, over €85 billion of private debt and alternative credit, as well as c.€9 billion in Infrastructure and private equity.

**2. Description of the department**
Within this role, you will be working within a high performing Transactions Team of c. 35 professionals in an international environment, participating in the analysis and execution of real estate transactions, on behalf of a wide variety of AXA IM Real Assets' existing or new clients investing though funds or mandates.
The role, part of our Special Situations Transactions division comprising five professionals, will cover complex transactions across Europe, including large pan-European portfolios, alternative asset classes (e.g. life science, data centres, hotels, student housing) and operating platform acquisitions

**3. The main responsibilities of the role**:

- Modelling real estate and corporate acquisitions cash flows
- Performing market analysis of investment opportunities
- Drafting AXA IM Real Assets Investment Committee papers
- Contributing to specific due diligence workstreams
- Administrate acquisitions pipeline, team reporting and market watch
- Perform others tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

**4. Profile**

**_ Education/Qualifications_**
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate

**_ Experience_**
- Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus)

**_ Knowledge and Skills_**
- Knowledge of real estate market and different asset classes is desired
- Financial modelling experience and strong IT skills
- High degree of analytical thinking / problem-solving ability
- Motivated individual and team player
- Fluency in English and in another European language

- Ability to work on a multicultural and highly international environment
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
