**About the role**:
We are seeking a **Beverage Application Technologist**to join our R&D Team in Grasse, where we create beverage and dairy flavors. This role involves leading and executing innovation and customer projects to develop consumer-preferred taste solutions. A passion for flavors and the beverage industry, along with a commitment to excellence, are key to succeeding in this role.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will oversee the beverage category, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational activities as outlined below:

- Lead customer visits and oversee product development and presentations.
- Provide technical support and advice to the Technical Account Manager.
- Serve as the main technical contact for customers, ensuring consistency and high-quality service.
- Coordinate responses to customer requirements for technical documentation, projects, and trials.
- Manage projects by collaborating with internal departments to achieve CRM objectives.
- Maintain awareness of health and safety issues and adapt to meet business needs.

**What you can bring to the role**:

- Master’s degree in food science and technology.
- Experience with a beverage manufacturer/bottler.
- Proven project management skills to deliver results and meet timelines.
- Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry, ideally across various regional markets.
- A genuine passion for flavors and the beverage industry driving innovation and excellence.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Management experience in a global/regional leadership team within a matrixed organization.
