Amazon Ads France recrute un(e) Senior Sales Manager confirmé(e) pour développer et faire grandir son activité dédiée à la Publicité Digitale. Nous proposons à disposition des plus grandes marques et de leurs agences une offre publicitaire unique, basée sur 20 ans d'analyses et d'enseignements sur les comportements d'achats et de streaming en ligne.
Le/la Senior Sales Manager a la responsabilité de promouvoir nos solutions publicitaires digitales (OTT, Vidéo, Audio, Display, Programmatique) sur le marché français. Autonome, organisé(e) et proactif(ve), vous avez l'habitude d'approcher à la fois les marques/annonceurs et leurs agences, à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.
Vous justifiez d'une solide expérience dans le domaine de la vente programmatique, du conseil, du planning stratégique et/ou des achats media/digitaux, idéalement au sein d'un ou plusieurs acteurs clefs.
Vous possédez une véritable approche analytique et/ou sémantique (TV, OTT, Mobile, Vidéo, Data, RTB, DMP/DSP, CRM, GRP ). Votre approche conseil vous permet d'amener vos négociations à terme, qu'il s'agisse d'actions de communication locales ou de campagnes pan-européenne. L’approche commerciale directe, la négociation sont autant d’aspects avec lesquels vous êtes à l’aise pour mener à bien votre mission. Votre capacité à prospecter et développer des business à fort potentiel se fait sur le court et long terme grâce à la variété, la granularité et la profondeur de nos solutions publicitaires.

- Expérience de 7 à 10 ans minimum de développement d'activité significative sur la TV, Connected TV et Vidéo en ligne.
- Démontrer une très forte capacité à délivrer des résultats de manière autonome
- Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, d'une bonne communication orale et écrite, vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets en même temps en respectant les délais (priorisation, planification, délégation)
- Vous avez des capacités d'analyse exceptionnelles acquises lors de vos expériences précédentes
- A l'aise avec toutes sortes d'interlocuteurs et d'environnements business, en face à face ou par téléphone
- Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale et écrite) en français et en anglais
