Basé à Bailly Romainvilliers, vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients et de notre équipe de vente que vous allez accompagner dans leurs projets.
**Votre rôle**
Votre quotidien, c’est un mélange entre missions techniques et service à la clientèle.
En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale, vous intervenez dès l’élaboration de la documentation technique avec une participation active dans la rédaction des manuels operateurs des machines.
Ensuite, vous aidez à la démonstration de nos machines, vous comprenez les spécificités d’une ligne de production, les déplacements de charges et vous êtes aux cœurs de l’installation et la mise en service de nos produits chez nos clients.
Avec une démarche tournée vers le conseil et la fidélisation, vous assurerez aussi bien la formation de nos clients que de nos revendeurs.
Pour cela, vous restez à l’écoute des retours de l’équipe de vente afin de comprendre les besoins des clients et élaborer des solutions adaptées.Vous êtes capables de comprendre un plan 2D d’une installation et vous serez amené à travailler avec des bureaux d’études et le bureau des méthodes chez nos clients pour proposer les solutions les plus adaptées

Vous êtes de nature curieux ? Vous découvrirez des installations aéronautiques, dans l’automobiles, le rail et le pharmaceutique pour ne citer qu’eux. Vous travaillerez avec les fleurons de l’industrie française et mondiale.
Vous avez le sens de la communication et du service ? Vous saurez vous épanouir dans des relations avec nos clients mais aussi nos revendeurs et nos intégrateurs d’étude.Vous êtes autonome mais avec l’esprit d’équipe et la motivation de vous impliquer dans une aventure collective.
Avec une solide formation (Bac +2 minimum) en ingénierie mécanique ou électrique, vous maîtrisez les compétences techniques relatives à ce type de matériel.
