PATHEON, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific group is a global leader in pharmaceutical outsourcing (development and manufacturing of products for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry), is currently seeking a Granulation Operator Intern for its site located in Bourgoin Jallieu, France (approximately 600 employees).

The Granulation Operator is responsible for driving production processes (manufacturing and cleaning) within the Granulation/Mixing sector.

Their activities include:
**Production and Galenics**:

- Conducting production processes (manufacturing and cleaning) within the Granulation/Mixing sector
- Ensuring manufacturing yields and timelines are met
- Performing product, format, and batch changeover operations within the sector
- Participating in on-site testing with customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of common areas within the sector and container park
- Contributing to continuous process improvement and proposing preventive actions
- Performing delegated preventive maintenance operations
- Conducting functionality and safety tests on equipment
- Detecting technical anomalies, correcting them or reporting them to maintenance in the case of complex issues

**Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)**:

- Adhering to safety and industrial hygiene rules
- Preventing risks (PSA)
- Ensuring the quality of production within their responsibility by conducting sampling and in-process controls (IPC)
- Detecting any process anomalies or deviations, analyzing their consequences (compliance of a fraction with product specifications or workshop procedures for solid forms), and informing their supervisor
- Preventing cross-contamination during manufacturing
- Proposing/escalating updates to sector documentation

**Required Profile**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with or without experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or agri-food production
- Knowledge of quality and traceability principles
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Human skills: team spirit, rigor, good organizational sense, proactive, analytical mindset, adaptability, and flexibility
- Workshift (2*8hours - 1 week from 5am to 1pm / 1pm to 9pm)

Le préparateur de granulation conduit les procédés de production (fabrication et nettoyage) au sein du secteur Granulation/Mélanges.

Ses activités:
Production et Galénique:

- Conduire les procédés de production (fabrication et nettoyage) du secteur Granulation/Mélanges Maîtriser les rendements et les délais de fabrication des produits.
- Réaliser les opérations de changement de produit, de format et de lot du secteur.
- Participer aux essais avec les clients sur site.
- Maintenir les zones communes du secteur et le parc conteneurs, propres et rangées.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des procédés et proposer des actions préventives.
- Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive déléguées.
- Réaliser les tests de fonctionnalité et de sécurité des équipements.
