Ap/ar Representative I

We are looking for a student who will support the team with its main missions in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Department.

**Accounts Receivable**:

- Reminder / Accounts statement management:
Chase and follow the customer accounts in accordance with the priorities and the methodology.
- Deal with the generic mailbox:
Send invoices copies, enter information provided by our customers and related to invoices status in our internal software.
- Customer database maintenance (non exhaustive list)

In preparation of the Ebilling 2024, participate to any tasks aiming to capture mandatory data.

**Accounts Payable**:

- Daily supplier invoices management : registration of supplier invoices, management of suppliers reminders
- Analytic missions : review and clean 2 accounts Good in Transit and Goods received not invoiced.

**Your profile**:
We are looking for a student assistant that will be fully trained to support with administrative tasks.

First experience in that role, you have good verbal and written communication skills.

You are determined to learn and succeed.
