Le groupe PRODEVAL, fondé il y a un peu plus de 30 ans, est le leader mondial de l’épuration membranaire et de la valorisation du biogaz issu de la méthanisation de déchets organiques.

Nous nous positionnons comme un acteur clé pour apporter des solutions concrètes, pragmatiques et immédiates aux grands enjeux de demain dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables, de la souveraineté énergétique et de la mobilité verte.

Nous opérons sur 4 domaines d’activité industrielles interdépendantes : l’épuration du biogaz, la mobilité verte (BioGNV, BioGNL), la liquéfaction du CO2, et le service à l’exploitant (maintenance, formation, etc.).

Avec près de 380 collaborateurs répartis sur plus de 4 pays, Prodeval est en forte croissance.

**Missions**:

- Au sein de la direction corporate strategy, vous travaillez sur des projets innovants.Vos principales missions seront la gestion des projets en intégralité (plusieurs millions d’euros) en lien avec des parties prenantes internes et externes (coordination, planification, etc.).

Pour cela, vous collaborez directement avec la direction et le ComEX.

Progressivement, vous gagnerez en autonomie sur vos projets afin de transformer cette expérience en un véritable accélérateur de carrière. Aussi, vous découvrirez l’ensemble de nos métiers dans un secteur qui évolue et innove constamment

**Profil recherché**:
Cet emploi est accessible avec un diplôme de type BAC +5 (Ingénieur généraliste / école de commerce). Vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 2 ans en bureau d’études et/ou en installation/exploitation industrielle dans le domaine de l’Oil & Gas ou des Gaz renouvelables.
- Vous avez un fort intérêt pour la transition énergétique, l’entrepreneuriat et le financement,
- Vos capacités d'analyse sont fortes, vous avez un esprit rigoureux, - Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint,
- Vous êtes autonome, organisé.e et aimez prendre des initiatives,
- C’est un plus si vous maitrisez le contrôle / la simulation de procédés, et les procédés de traitement et stockage de gaz (séparation, absorption, adsorption, compression, liquéfaction, lavage ),

Vous faites preuve d'une réelle curiosité intellectuelle et d'une capacité d'adaptation forte. Une pratique de l'anglais est souhaitée pour la réalisation des missions au quotidien.

Des connaissances en méthanisation, biogaz sont un plus.

Au-delà de votre expérience professionnelle, nous recherchons des personnes motivées, qui aient le sens de l'engagement et du service avec une sensibilité portée sur les énergies renouvelables.
