**Fed Finance, cabinet entièrement dédié à l'intérim et au recrutement des métiers de la finance, recherche pour une société de gestion d’actifs de premier plan, une ou un : Compliance officer - Pôle Advisory F/H**
**Votre fonction**:
Sous la responsabilité du responsable Compliance Advisory - Market Integrity, vous êtes en charge de la tenue du plan de contrôle de conformité, de sa réalisation, et du suivi des recommandations établies lors des rapports de contrôles. Vous avez notamment la charge de vous assurer que les plans d’actions définis soient retranscrits au sein de procédures de premier niveau et second niveau et apportez le conseil nécessaire aux métiers de gestion pour maintenir le dispositif de contrôle au sein de la société de gestion Vous représentez la fonction de conformité sur les questions liées plus spécifiquement sur les questions d’abus de marché, conflit d’intérêts et traitement équitable des porteurs et agirez comme point d’entrée pour les sujets en lien avec ces questions. A ce titre:

- Vous participez à l’identification des risques de non-conformité auxquels est exposé la société de gestion via la tenue de la cartographie des risques et la réalisation du plan de contrôle permanent associé,

Vous conseillez pour un certain nombre d’opérations ou situations particulières nécessitant un avis préalable de la Compliance (transferts d’actifs, opérations sensibles Groupe, réalisation de résultats ),
- Vous animez la ligne métier « Conformité - Intégrité des marchés » auprès de toutes les entités du groupe exerçant une activité de gestion et de négociation,
- Vous assurez une veille réglementaire principalement sur les aspects de transparence et intégrité des marchés (MAR / MIIFID II), traitement équitable des porteurs et conflits d’intérêts (RG AMF).
- Vous conseillez les gérants pour certaines opérations nécessitant un avis préalable de la Compliance (transferts d’actifs, opérations sensibles Groupe, réalisation de résultats,),
- Vous conseillez les professionnels, notamment auprès des équipes de gestion, aux risques de non-conformité principalement lié aux abus de marché, best execution, conflit d’intérêt et diffusez les bonnes pratiques,
- Vous participez à la rédaction de la documentation des bonnes pratiques de contrôle au travers de modes opératoires et politiques mis à disposition des collaborateurs de la ligne métier Compliance,

Vous participez à des Due Diligence et êtes en mesure de présenter une vision transverse des responsabilités et rôles assurés...

**Votre profil**:
Titulaire d’une formation supérieure (Bac+5), vous avez acquis une expérience de 5 à 8 ans en conformité dans le secteur de gestion d’actifs pour compte de tiers. Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l’activité de gestion pour compte de tiers et conseil en investissement sur une large gamme de produits. Une connaissance des textes réglementaires français, européens et bonnes pratiques recommandées en matière d’abus de marché est appréciée. Vous êtes capable de transposer de manière opérationnelle les dispositions réglementaires au travers de procédures applicable à l’ensemble du Groupe et de coordonner plusieurs projets de façon simultanées et collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes, le cas échéant.

Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des outils de bureautique usuels et votre niveau d’anglais est opérationnel.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur. Vous êtes force de proposition. Vos qualités relationnelles, votre dynamisme et votre réactivité sont des atouts pour ce poste. Vous avez le sens du service et aimez travailler en équipe.
