**What is my role ?**

ESG Leader and Process position as part of the Alcatel Lucent Enterprise Organization. orchestrating the organization to strategize, plan and implement operating models in support of customer and legal commitments, product development guidelines, renewable energy / building guidelines, managing the risks and commercial opportunities around ESG. In addition the person will be a part of process Simplification and new Policies and Process definitions to expand our Operating Model scope.

**What I am responsible for ?**
- Environmental / Social / Governance / (ESG) definition and implementation of all the domains that make up the three pillars of this new landscape.
- Develop, guide and coordinate ESG strategies and implementations across the ALE organization, work with other assigned and voluntary contributors
- Coordination and Reporting requirements for the various initiatives, workgroup meetings, Executive Team briefings for the requires ESG reporting, strong interpersonal skills to workd across many different functional teams, both internal and external.
- Familiarity with ESG rating systems (like ECOVADIS), ESG tools and platforms, capable of leading a platform selection after formulating all requirements, knowledge of relevant ESG reporting standards
- Ability to define new processes and policies and add them to the process portfolio consistent with the current QMS system and Operating Model
- Ability of lead existing Process Simplifications and changes, measure impact of the changes afterwards

- Multiple Languages in reading, written or spoken form of English, French, optional Chinese, or Dutch
- New Ventures or new strategic / technology directions- Extend Quality expertise in the evaluation of new ventures or strategies
- Contribute expertise to adoption or introduction of new technologies
- Fast learner, and ability to operate in a dynamic and agile environment across diverse functional teams

**skills/knowledge requirements**
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communications skills both verbally and written, multiple languages a plus, ability to create and conduct effective presentations, report generations, excellent quantitative skills.
- Expert knowledge of ESG topics and ability to define and lead an ESG strategy for ALE, knowledge of any relevant regulations (such as GDPR guidelines)
- Project Management, team leadership, coordination of activities and people, building effective relationships across the company, lead workgroups
- Budget Managements, monitoring and expense control, driving and monitoring of ESG activities, approval of special customer concessions.
- Process development, existing process simplification, guidance and measuring effectiveness
- Ability to operate, present and work with Executive team members in addition to the implementation and working group teams
