**What you will do**:
As junior legal counsel, you will actively support all teams worldwide on legal topics and more especially
- Assist the sales and purchasing departments especially on commercial/supplier contracts review, negotiations or drafting worldwide
- Manage Intellectual Property : ensure policy deployment to ensure that all brands/product are protected
- Provide legal watch on key topic & extend awareness on legal topic within IBG
- Support on corporate activities (management of external counsels)

**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- have a master degree in business law
- have at least 3 years experience as legal advisor / specialist in global environment (retail is a plus,)
- are fluent in French & English
- are easy to connect, flexible & comfortable in matrix environment
- are organised & result oriented, curious & demonstrate a strong ability to learn
