We're looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to lead the IT France team. This position reports to the Region Infrastructure Manager within the corporate CS&T organization.

**THE POSITION**

As a member of the CS&T (communication, security, and technology) organisation the primary objective of the Infrastructure Administrator is to facilitate the implementation, maintenance, security, and improvement of existing IT infrastructure, including datacenter, networking, and end-user computing.

This role will involve a high level of attention to deliver current and future projects and migrations across the Manuli group of businesses.
- Establish and maintain systems to monitor, evaluate, and report business system effectiveness, service delivery performance and overall customer satisfaction.
- Proactively monitor IT infrastructure to address potential issues and risks across the IT environment.
- Provide training and support for system software.
- Ensure IT procedures for system back-ups, establishing new user accounts, monitoring file access, IT security, change management etc are strictly adhered to.
- Support the delivery of numerous IT projects.
- Identify patterns of usage and consistent problem areas for ongoing business improvement.
- Effectively manage internal/external resources to ensure that they are utilized effectively to meet Manuli CS&T global objectives.
- Prepare appropriate work instructions, checklists, procedures, and build documentation
- Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained always and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with
- Any other related tasks as directed by the Manager

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Tertiary education or equivalent experience and at least 6-9 years’ experience
- Experience with Microsoft, Azure, VMWare, Active Directory (and LDAP), IIS, Windows server management, Wintel NAS, network ISP mpls infrastructure, Cisco, routing, ipsec VPN
- Strong problem-solving Skills
- Technical project management skills desirable
- Possess strong customer service skills treating all employees with the same courtesy and professionalism. Able to liaise with users at their level of technical competence and to prioritise user needs.
- Time management / prioritisation skills - ability to work with mínimal supervision.
