Description du poste
**La mission**:
Au sein de l'équipe Consulting, vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution du projet par le client et de sa satisfaction, en France et à l’étranger. À l’aide d’une méthodologie méticuleuse et d’une série d’ateliers, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de la plateforme et de l’intégration de divers intervenants. Vous élaborerez également la planification du projet et gérerez le suivi et les rapports. Vous accompagnerez les clients tout au long des phases du projet en analysant les résultats et en les conseillant sur l’utilisation opérationnelle des outils de la plateforme Sociabble. Pour chaque projet client, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le CSD (Customer Success Director) en charge du compte, car il/elle soutiendra votre évolution et vous guidera dans les chemins stratégiques vers l’atteinte des objectifs de votre client.

- Acquérir une expertise dans les stratégies de gestion du changement, de communication et d’engagement des employés.
- Gérer le calendrier de lancement du projet en veillant à un déploiement rapide.
- Coordonner les relations avec les équipes techniques internes pendant le déploiement
- Animer des formations et des ateliers sur l’utilisation opérationnelle de la plateforme
- Suivez le projet chaque mois en étant proactif avec vos clients, en partageant les bonnes pratiques et les feedbacks.
- Analyser les résultats des projets de chaque client et identifier les points à améliorer.
- Établir les statistiques mensuelles de performance des projets et proposer des recommandations d’utilisation.
- Assurez-vous que vos clients comprennent bien nos solutions pour atteindre leurs objectifs et résoudre leurs problèmes.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets transversaux visant à améliorer les meilleures pratiques et les méthodologies de gestion de projet chez Sociabble.
**Qualifications**:
Après avoir obtenu un diplôme universitaire (avec un accent sur le numérique, les domaines de l’ingénierie ou des ventes), vous avez connu plusieurs expériences à succès dans des postes connexes. Vous connaissez les outils sociaux et les meilleures techniques pour performer dans un environnement en forte croissance, avec des clients de renom C-level.
Vous avez une affinité pour la communication interne, les réseaux sociaux et la gestion communautaire.
Ce poste exige un niveau bilingue d’anglais et de français, afin d’assurer la meilleure orientation et le meilleur soutien possible à nos clients francophones et internationaux.
Avant de postuler, vous devez vous assurer que vous obtenez de bons résultats dans les points suivants:
- Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, être extrêmement organisé.
- Être à l’aise avec les normes de planification (Gantt, etc.)
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences d’organisation avec un sens du détail pointu, vous êtes proactif, et rigoureux.
- Avoir des compétences relationnelles et interpersonnelles qui vous permettent de vous adapter facilement à différents interlocuteurs (Directeur RH, Directeur de la communication, etc.).
- Vous êtes attentionné et attentif, ce qui vous permet de comprendre les besoins de vos clients.
- Vous avez un grand sens du service, un bon sens de l’analyse et de la synthèse.
