Digital Engagement Brand Manager

Position purpose:
The content & influence Manager will be at the heart of strategic brand content for our 2 Champagne Maisons. She/he will lead and execute daily strategy at a global level with permanent contact with the key markets to make consumer journeys an immersive & outstanding experience for our key audiences. She/he will ensure global consistency while making sure the local specificities are taken into account.
WHAT:
Key responsibility: Content management (70%)
Plan > Produce > Manage > Optimize
- Contribute to editorial strategies of the 2 brands by providing insights based on cultural trends & content previous performances, plus a true sense of creativity
- Identify relevant content partnership within our Roster, supporting the Brand positioning/business strategy while being relevant to the consumers (according to its passion points).
- Work with market companies to coordinate the digital content plans according to the yearly editorial strategy & guarantee all content assets are managed appropriately & deliver on their needs.
- Schedule content production in line with brand timelines to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage a team of external producers (agencies) to guarantee delivery of required content in accordance with brand guidelines in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure quality control checks are in place for all content assets, in adherence with the charters and guidelines (brand, studio and legal).
- Ensure creative asset briefs are optimized and can be leveraged effectively across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- Play a part in the production pipeline management (agencies, freelancers, casting, directors, rights, location).
Key responsibility: Influence management (30%)

- Develop or initiate and influencer strategy & work with the markets to adapt the roadmap to their local needs, ensuring relevancy.
- Execute at global level effective influencer programs on a performance basis, with goals to strategically maximize our share of voice all over the 5cs with a specific focus on the share of voice & support markets in the local implementation
- Manage influencer relationships, agent relationships, and report to our brands on current campaign progress at a global level & support markets for local activations
- Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers.
- Analyse historical and current data to optimize influencer content direction, strategy, business value & results.
- Review videos, images, and other media to ensure complete accuracy and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Communication/ Business or Digital Marketing
- + 4 years of experience in the field
- Experience with content creation, driving influence programs and project management
- French and English (Fluent)
Location: Paris
Timing: 6 months fixed term contract, join as soon as possible.
