As part of its international development, Newrest is recruiting its future CSR Project Officer to strengthen the CSR team, at the group headquarters.
**MISSIONS**:
Reporting to the Deputy CSR Director, your role is to ensure the operational deployment of the CSR strategy to guarantee Newrest's CSR objectives achievements. This position is based in Toulouse, city center.
Your role within the team:
**CSR Training & awareness**
- Plan and manage the CSR contest to reward CSR initiatives implemented all around the world
- Participate in the creation of training materials and methodology documents for collaborators on CSR topics, processes or tools.
**Reporting**
- Follow-up the ESG reporting process of identified countries, analyze data and ensure smooth consolidation at group level.
Regulatory watch
- Follow-up the evolution of norms and legislations in vigor as well as CSR news
**CO2 emissions**
- Support identified countries on the tool used (TRAACE) to calculate carbon footprint analysis & set up the tool if needed
**Countries’ support**
- Participate to the deployment of the CSR strategy of the Group, in relation with all team members worldwide
- Find ways to ensure a good understanding and involvement of all team members on these topics
- Support identified countries on the deployment of their CSR actions locally
**CSR rating**
- Conduct the filling of rating questionnaires for Newrest Group such as ECOVADIS, CDP
**Ethics**
- Contribute to the management of whistleblowing platform.
- You are dynamic, adaptable & proactive
- You are willing to share your knowledge and support people, whatever their position or role.
- You are solutions-oriented, synthetic and rigorous
- You are not afraid of numbers and analytics.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge regarding the CSR rating questionnaire is a plus
- You are familiar with the scopes of carbon footprints,
- You are used to work in an international environment, a first international experience will be appreciated
- Obviously, you are curious & interested by sustainable development and willing to deploy it in an international Group
- Fluent in English, Spanish B1 level minimum, French
- Available for potential national and international business trips
