Descriptif du poste
- Vous serez chargé(e) de mener des initiatives visant à renforcer les bons comportements et usages des utilisateurs ainsi que d'améliorer nos infrastructures, outils et logiciels pour garantir la continuité de nos opérations dans un cadre sécurisé.
**Responsabilités**
- Planifier, coordonner et diriger la mise en œuvre de projets de cybersécurité de bout en bout, en définissant et contrôlant les objectifs, échéances et ressources.
- Collaborer avec les équipes IT et métier pour évaluer les risques et les impacts, et proposer des solutions appropriées pour les atténuer.
- Superviser les évaluations des systèmes de sécurité, les tests d'intrusion et les audits pour identifier les lacunes et suivre la mise en place des mesures correctives.
- Assurer une communication claire et régulière avec les parties prenantes internes et externes concernées par les projets de cybersécurité.
- Veiller à ce que les projets soient exécutés en conformité avec les normes de sécurité, les réglementations et les meilleures pratiques en vigueur.
- Coordonner les équipes contribuant aux projets de cybersécurité, les motiver et les guider vers l'atteinte des objectifs fixés. **Compétences requises**
- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion de projet informatique, cybersécurité ou tout domaine connexe, en environnement international
- Connaissance approfondie des principes de la cybersécurité, des protocoles de sécurité, des normes et des outils existants sur le marché
- Compétences en leadership, avec la capacité de motiver, de coordonner et d'animer des équipes transverses
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques
- Capacité à analyser les risques, à prendre des décisions éclairées et à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
- Maîtrise de l'Anglais écrit (livrables) et oral (interlocuteurs internationaux)

Profil recherché

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion de projet informatique, cybersécurité ou tout domaine connexe, en environnement international
