Supplier and parts validation manager

Part of the Group Purchasing team, SVM is taking ownership for timely and flawless introduction of new parts and/or suppliers from qualification, capability & capacity assessment to PPAP validation.

**_Key activities :_**
- Team management including workload, priorities, performance and reporting ;
- Participate to NPI committees ;
- Participate to Sourcing Strategies councils ;
- Lead SPM sites councils for SVE activities ;
- Coordinate and answer to sites escalations with regards to supplier or part validation ;
- Interact with key decision makers in RD&E ;
- Build and roll-out actions plans based on KPI results ;
- Work with Purchasing Operations on Process definition and improvements ;
- Liaise with SPL/Site Heads and Quality directors across BOBST entities ;
**_ Key responsabilities :_**
- Manage a worldwide multi-cultural team of engineers (SVE) ;
- Ensure proper new supplier introduction within BOBST network ;
- Own the responsibility of PPAP for all Bobst sites ;
- Represents Supplier Performance Management team within NPI / PMO ;
- Manage the supplier quality performance measuring across BOBST entities ;
- Track and monitor First Time Right (FTR) indicators ;
- Ensure validation process is equally applied across all BOBST entities ;
- Define and deploy processes to continuously ensure quality improvements ;
- Brings Supplier Quality Performance status to Purchasing Strategies ;

**_Experience :_**

Master degree in engineering or relevant technical experience in industry
10 years of proven experience in Management or Quality or Supplier Development positions
Multi-cultural environment would be an assets

**_Required competences :_**
- Advanced management skills
- Knowledge of Quality tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA
- Data driven
- Project leadership / Project management
- Global mindset, teamwork spirit
- Fluent in English, further language skills are an advantage
