**Global Consumer Marketing Manager (H/F)**
Poste basé à Annecy-le-Vieux (74)
**Votre mission **
- Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général, vous représentez la voix du client final au sein du Groupe. Vous développez une culture client cross-canal basée sur l'acquisition et la rétention de clients et une stratégie data performante. Vous alimentez toute l'organisation de la connaissance client et vous mettez à profit l'ensemble des outils et leviers afin d'améliorer la précision et performance des initiatives des marques.-
- Vous déclinez du Plan Marketing la stratégie de contenus et vous menez les campagnes de communication digitale (réseaux sociaux, SEA) permettant d'optimiser la précision et performance du trafic client (physique et digital).- De formation supérieure Bac +4/5, vous vous appuyez une solide expérience en marketing digital dans le secteur des biens de consommations / retail ;
- Expérience confirmée sur le sujet de la donnée client, de sa collecte à son exploitation en passant par sa structuration ;
- Solides connaissances des leviers d'acquisition et fidélisation digitaux ;
- Intérêt prononcé pour le e-commerce et le retail ;
- Connaissance et maitrise des outils de tracking on line et de mesure de l'expérience client ;
- La maîtrise des réseaux sociaux est impérative ;
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international, anglais courant.
